The clinical framework in full.

Forty years of clinical observation, distilled into a practical architecture for human health. A Life Less Stressed is not a self-help book. It is a clinician's manual for the non-clinician — a systematic account of how modern stressors compromise cellular function and what a rigorous, evidence-based response looks like.

"Thoroughly researched and thought-provoking. Dr Ehrlich's five pillars are the real key to reducing the ongoing carnage from a modern disease that has strained and almost broken our current inappropriately named 'health system'."

About Dr Ron Ehrlich

Forty years of practice. One consistent position.

Dr Ron Ehrlich holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (Dentistry). He has practised for over four decades, developing a clinical model that integrates oral health, systemic inflammation, and the five pillars of human resilience.

His work operates from a single, non-negotiable premise: that effective clinical practice must remain independent of the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. This independence is not a marketing position. It is a clinical requirement.

He is the author of A Life Less Stressed (Scribe Publications, 2018), host of the Unstress Podcast, and founder of the Unstress Health platform. He speaks internationally on stress physiology, oral-systemic medicine, and organisational resilience.
